- b. Uploading or sharing content that is defamatory, abusive, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
- c. Introducing malware, viruses, or any code that may harm or disrupt the Software's functionality.
- d. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Social Sparsh accounts or systems.
- e. Scraping, extracting, or downloading data from Social Sparsh beyond the scope of your usage rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Social Sparsh. Your use of the Software is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold Social Sparsh harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of Social Sparsh, your violation of this Legal Policy, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Social Sparsh, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated this Legal Policy or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

This Legal Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
